We sell coffee filter boxes and kombucha products. All products are subject to availability. We aim to ensure accurate descriptions, but slight variations may occur.
3. Orders & Payments
• All orders must be paid in full before processing.
• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless approved by us.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location and external factors.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
5. Refunds & Returns
• Due to the nature of our products (consumables), all sales are generally final.
• Refunds or replacements are only provided if:
• The product is damaged upon delivery
• The wrong item was delivered
• Any issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the order, with proof (photos/videos).
6. Product Use & Liability
• Our products are intended for personal consumption only.
• Customers should check ingredients for allergies before consumption.
• We are not liable for any misuse or adverse reactions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and materials belong to our brand and may not be used without permission.

2. المنتجات

3. الطلبات والدفع
• يجب دفع قيمة الطلب بالكامل قبل البدء في التجهيز.
• بعد تأكيد الطلب، لا يمكن تعديله أو إلغاؤه إلا بموافقتنا.
• نحتفظ بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب حسب تقديرنا.
4. الشحن والتوصيل
• أوقات التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف حسب الموقع والظروف.
• لا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن شركات الشحن أو الظروف الخارجة عن السيطرة.
• يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إدخال بيانات التوصيل بشكل صحيح.
5. الاسترجاع والاستبدال
• نظراً لطبيعة المنتجات (مواد استهلاكية)، جميع المبيعات نهائية.
• يتم قبول الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال فقط في الحالات التالية:
• وصول المنتج تالف
• استلام منتج خاطئ
• يجب الإبلاغ عن المشكلة خلال 24–48 ساعة من الاستلام مع إرفاق دليل (صور أو فيديو).

• المنتجات مخصصة للاستهلاك الشخصي فقط.
