Every home and every family is different, so we keep the onboarding process simple and flexible. Rather than asking you to fit into our process, we will recommend the most suitable onboarding option based on your booking and your comfort level.
For most new clients, we recommend a complimentary Meet & Greet. This allows us to get to know you and your pet, understand daily routines, feeding instructions, medication requirements and any little habits that make your pet unique. It also gives you the opportunity to ask questions and feel confident that we are the right fit for your family.
However, we also understand that not everyone has the time or prefers an in-person meeting.
If you are comfortable, we can arrange a virtual Meet & Greet via WhatsApp video call instead.
Some experienced pet owners may even prefer to provide written instructions and leave their keys in a secure agreed location. We are happy to accommodate whichever arrangement best suits your needs, provided we have all the information required to care for your pet safely.
For shorter bookings, especially those valued below $100, we generally recommend a virtual Meet & Greet or secure key handover instead of a separate in-person visit, as this helps keep the service convenient and cost-effective for everyone.
Dedicated key collection or return outside scheduled visits may incur a small additional charge.
