1. A 25% restocking fee is applicable to all returns and be returned in its original package along receipt and warranty form.
2. Manufacturer defects which need to be reported to Premium HVAC Solutions customer care within warranty timeframe.
3 A replacement of the item due to delivery damaged or defective item(s) needs to be returned in its original packaging before receiving replacement however if the item is not in stock a refund or store credit will be applied to the customer account.
4. All items are tested, inspected and sanitized prior to dispatching.
