because otherwise, what’s the point? Both the light and dark roasts have low acidity.
The light roast is very fruity – as in grapefruit with a smooth lemon taste at the end –
with a deep flavor with chocolate tones. In the dark roast, the taste of lemon disappears
and is replaced with a smother, sweeter taste. For good reason, this is one of the world’s
most beloved coffees.
