An absolute classic fried rice dish, Zamen is made and loved across the Sahel and throughout the west African region under different names. The rice is cooked and steamed in a perfectly spiced and seasoned sauce topped with cabbage, carrots, eggplant, sweet potatoes and other vegetables. You can add beef, chicken or fish to your rice as an option.
