Poulet Poulet is a local African American restaurant that brings both sahelian African and American cuisines together. Our aim is to provide the people of Bamako with clean, healthy and consistently good food without having to pay exorbitant prices. With over ten years of experience in the restaurant and food production industry, the team at Poulet Poulet is led by Salimata, a recently arrived native Malian raised in the US. If you’re wondering why so much English, I can speak French but no I absolutely cannot write this or my menu in French for it to make sense, sorry I’m seriously American lol!
