By submitting your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
1. Order Process
PottyMouth reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to fraud detection, inventory availability, or issues with delivery addresses.
2. Payment Term
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. All prices are stated in Singapore dollars (S$ SGD) unless otherwise noted. Shipping costs, where applicable, will be added at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times will vary depending on the delivery address. We are not responsible for any delays caused by postal services, couriers, or circumstances beyond our control. The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping information is provided. PottyMouth will not be held liable for lost or undelivered packages due to inaccurate information.
4. Cancellations and Changes
Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests may only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (live plants), all sales are final. PottyMouth does not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect or if the plant is dead, you must notify us within 24 hours of arrival. We will request photos of the product and work to resolve the issue either through a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
6. Product Care
PottyMouth provides care instructions with each product. However, we are not responsible for the health or survival of plants once they are delivered.
7. Limitation of Liability
PottyMouth’s liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products, including but not limited to damage to property, loss of use, or any other damages.
8. Force Majeure
PottyMouth is not responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the PottyMouth website, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of PottyMouth. Use of our intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
