the accidental dessert drop
this batch started with ingredients hanging around the kitchen: nori from okonomiyaki night, mango because my husband loves it, mascarpone from the last drop and matcha from japan that i never opened. sharon’s calamansi pie was inspired by an ex-baker friend’s very good key lime pie, with calamansi for a brighter twist. three separate experiments somehow became one dessert drop.
