Usucha (Matcha only)

Usucha, meaning "thin tea" in Japanese, is a style of preparing matcha, characterized by its lighter, frothy consistency and vibrant green color. It's the more commonly enjoyed and less intense preparation compared to koicha, the "thick tea". Usucha is typically made with a ceremonial grade matcha, which is whisked with more water than koicha, resulting in a smoother, more refreshing beverage.
