Created in the 1950s its popular in the body building world to date and also prescribed to elderly men for TRT (testosterone replacement therapy)
It’s recommended to run a long ester testosterone ie test c or e for any bulking or cutting cycle even at a low dose. This creates a “test base” to avoid unwanted Side effects.

Tamoxifen 20 mg per day for a further 6 weeks
Hcg 500 iu every other day for 6 weeks
Depending on dose and duration of cycle
