It has a deep and sharp taste with a slight acidity. It has a salmon color as well as aromas of English toffee and citrus. It leaves a little oiliness around the cheek along with a melon flavor and a hint of passion fruit. It also has a mineral finish with a hint of lychee.
Culinary match: It goes perfectly with fresh goat cheeses, honey, olive oil, fish, sage and coriander, herb thyme chicken and fresh tropical fruits.
Drink chilled, between 10-14 degrees Celsius.
