It is a blend of Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc grapes, harvested before they are fully ripe.
The bright color indicates a quick pressing and a short contact of the must with the skins.
The fermentation is very long at low temperatures and the result is a refreshing and light wine but with an impressive presence. The rosé wine has an aroma of dried fruits, roses and peach. In the mouth, lychee, lime, grapefruit and peach flavors.
Recommended serving temperature 8 degrees.
