Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels
Aging Potential: The wine reaches its peak about 3 years after harvest and will continue to develop for another 8 to 10 years under proper conditions
Meal Combinations: Goes great with red meat dishes, such as entrecote steak or fillet, or rich dairy dishes such as eggplant lasagna
Serving Recommendation: Open about an hour and a half before serving or pour into a decanter. Serve at 16-18°C.
