Winemaking Process: Chardonnay is blended with a white wine produced from Cabernet Sauvignon (blanc de noirs), which are fermented and aged for 8 months in barrels, in contact with the yeast lees
Aging Potential: The wine reaches its peak about two years after harvesting and will continue to develop for three more years under suitable conditions
Meal Combinations: Fish dishes, cream-based sauces, rich vegetable dishes, and Brie or Camembert-style cheese
Serving Recommendation: Serve at 12-14°C
