Nurture Bread started with a simple goal: to create gluten-free bread that’s so good, no one has to settle for dry, preservative-packed slices ever again. Our founder was tired of walking into cafes, ordering the gluten-free option, and being served bread that didn’t come close to the delicious sourdough it replaced. So, we decided to change that!

Our mission is to bake the best gluten-free bread you’ve ever tasted—bread that belongs on your table and in every café across South East Queensland.

We’re big on quality and care, sourcing Australian-grown ingredients wherever we can, choosing organic always, and supporting local suppliers. Every loaf is baked in small batches in the beautiful Cotswold Hills, Toowoomba, Queensland, with love and dedication to the craft.
