📝Pre-Order & Deposit Policy
-All Mother's Day Gift Boxes are pre-ordered only.
-A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your box.
-The remaining balance must be paid on pickup or delivery.
💰Payment, Refund & Exchnage Policy
-Final balances must be paid during pickup or delivery.
-Accepted payment methods:
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
- Cash
-Due to the handmade nature of our items and limited stock, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
-If your item has a defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will assist promptly.
🚚Pickup & Delivery Policy
-Completed orders must be picked up within 2 days of the scheduled pickup date.
-If additional time is needed, please message us 24 hours in advance.
-Orders not collected within the 2-day window may be released for resale, and deposits will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
-Because this is a limited-edition seasonal product, all pre-orders are final.
-Deposits are non-refundable.
-Cancellations at any stage will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
