Cooking instructions:

Ingredients
Rempah paste (given)
Stingray
Eggplant 350g
Ladies fingers 200g
Assam 75g
Water 1200lit

Method
Mixed Assam in water.
Strained and use Assam water
Add paste.
Bring to boil.
Add fish.
Lastly add eggplant & ladies fingers.
Serve.
