Ingredients
Rempah Paste (given)
Stingray 1-1.5kg
114g of assam
Water

Method
Mix 114g of Assam with 1.5lit water.
Strained solids away.
Bring to boil then add paste.
Add curry leave (optional)
Add slices of stingray and simmer till cook.
Serve.
