1. How do I place an order?
It’s super simple! Just pick your favorite goodies, choose how many you’d like, and share your contact details. We’ll review your order and send you a confirmation email soon.

2. How do I pay?
We accept PayNow, PayLah, and bank transfers. Easy and hassle-free!

3. What about delivery?
Right now, we’re offering delivery only. A delivery fee of $12.00 applies. Just let us know your address when you order.

We can’t promise exact delivery times, so please stay reachable. If the driver has trouble with your intercom, address, or no one’s home, they may need to contact you. If sending cookies to someone else, do let them know to keep an eye out!

4. When will my cookies be ready?
We’ll need about 3 to 5 business days to prep your order. Why? Because we want you to enjoy the freshest possible batch of cookies, made with love just for you! We’ll confirm the exact delivery date once everything is ready to go.

5. How do I store the cookies?
Our cookies are best enjoyed fresh. After opening, store them in our resealable bag at room temperature, where they’ll stay delicious for 2–3 weeks. For extended storage, freeze them for up to 2 months and reheat to enjoy that just-baked goodness.

6. What is your refund or cancellation policy?
Once payment is made, all orders are final and can’t be changed or refunded. So double-check those cart details before placing your order!

7. Can I order in bulk?
