- Fresh cream cakes should be kept refrigerated (not frozen) till time of consumption. Cakes or leftovers kept overnight should be consumed within 1-2 days of date of collection/delivery.
- Buttercream cakes should not be consumed straight from the fridge as it will be crumby and difficult to cut. Keep in air-conditioned area (min 18°C) for up to 5 hours. If refrigerated, allow cake to return to room temperature until cream is soft to the touch, approximately 30-60 mins.
- All weights, recommended servings and sizes are approximations only.
- Slight changes may be made to your cake design (e.g., placement of toppers) as needed for practical and aesthetic purposes.
- Standard cakes are non-customizable.
- Dowels, straws or skewers may be present for customized cake designs to provide structural stability to the cakes and are required to secure the cake for transportation.
- Fondant toppers may be packed separately for self-assembly if they cannot be assembled. They should not be stored in the fridge as they will melt due to humidity. It should always be kept in an air-conditioned area.

General Information
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Orders and Payments
- All orders placed through the website are subject to confirmation and availability.
- Prices listed on the website for all items other than Standard Cake selections are estimates and may vary based on customizations and final order details.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required before production begins. Payments are processed securely via PayNow.
- Additional charges of S$20 may apply for delivery.

Customized Orders
- Custom orders, including personalized cakes, designs, and themes, are based on your specific requests.
- We require adequate notice for custom orders—typically at least 3 weeks before your event.
- Any changes to a custom order must be made at least 1week before the agreed delivery or pick-up date.

Cancellation and Refunds
- Orders may be canceled up to 2 weeks before the delivery date. After this time, cancellations will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for orders that have already been baked or customized.
- In the unlikely event of a mistake or issue with your order, we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly, including offering a partial refund or replacement at our discretion.

Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery times and charges will be confirmed at the time of the order.
- We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services.
- You are also welcome to pick up your order from the Self Collection point at the agreed time.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
- All cakes are made in a kitchen that processes common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and gluten.
- All our cakes are made without pork or lard.
- We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Product Descriptions and Images
- While we strive to accurately display our products through images and descriptions, variations in appearance, color, and design may occur due to factors like lighting and screen resolution.
- Custom cakes and designs may differ slightly from images shown but will be made to meet your specifications.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, and logos, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Website without our permission.

Liability
- We are not responsible for any injury, allergic reaction, or damage caused by the consumption of our products.
- We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from a late or incorrect order, or for the misuse of our products after delivery or pickup.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
