Adriaan Stander has more than two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, of which approximately 10 years was spent as a chef at Indochine at Delaire Graff, a five star relais chateau lodges and spa destination, and thereafter took the reigns at a local Cape Town aparthotel and cafe as executive chef and manager. Wishing to have a more flexible schedule to enjoy his little daughter, Nina, he started offering fresh and wholesome lunches with flair for delivery in the Cape Town CBD. He also offers bespoke catering services for client lunches, celebrations and other events.
