Picanhas are cuts from the top of the rump and are known for their intense flavour. Wagyu picanha is originally a Brazilian cut which is known for its high marbling score, which means it has a lot of fat—and therefore a lot of flavor!

Our Wagyu picanha is a rich and tender full-flavoured cut of meat which is a great choice for roasting, grilling or pan-searing. It has a rich marbling that comes from the high quality of our Wagyu cattle paddocks.
