Delivery Options

Processing your order can take between 12 to 48 hours maximum

PUDO Locker-to-Locker
With this option, it will take 1 to 4 business days for your order to be delivered to your chosen or nearest Pudo Locker. When it is time to collect your order, Pudo will send you a message with a QR code and PIN code for the pickup. This will cost R50. You will be able to track your order.
If you don’t pick up your package within 36 hours following the notification with the PIN code, the package will be sent back to the closest Pudo kiosk or depot.

⚠️ Don’t forget to send your nearest or preferred Pudo locker to email Neuroze at shopneuroze@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0736884026. Or better yet, place your preferred Pudo locker in the address section.

PUDO Locker-to-Door
With this option, it also takes 1 to 4 business days however, your order will be delivered directly to the address you provide (excluding P.O Box). This will cost R60. You can track your order.

Collection/PickUp
If you would like to pick up your order, please choose this option. It is completely free.

Neuroze is run and managed by one person. This means that this delivery method is only available during certain times of the year which are always subject to change. Please schedule your Pickup on the calendar section that you should see in checkout. Collection/ Pickup is only available to those who are in or near the Johannesburg South area or Witwatersrand University. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for collection with the exact address to collect.

Refund Policy

At Neuroze, we strive to provide you with high-quality products, and your satisfaction is our top priority. While we don't typically offer returns and exchanges due to the unique nature of our products, we do recognize that certain circumstances may warrant a refund. Please review the following conditions under which a refund may be issued:

Order Cancellation:
You can request a refund by cancelling your order. However, please note that orders can only be cancelled before they are handed over to the selected courier service. Once the order is cancelled, your refund will be promptly processed.

Items that Arrive Broken:
Neuroze takes great care to make sure all jewellery is made well and safely packaged. However, Neuroze recognizes that accidents can happen. If you receive jewellery or accessories that are poorly made or broken, we understand your concern. To be eligible for a refund in this case, you must:
Submit your refund request within 7 business days from the date of purchase. Provide evidence of the poor craftsmanship, such as clear photographs and videos.
