- Video Conferencing via Google Meet / Zoom / Zoho Meeting
- Doctor Tele-Consultation service is only applicable for monitoring period post Home-Healthcare Assessment / Doctor Home Visit / Home Blood Test

Service Rate:
- RM120 for 20 Minutes Tele-Consultation
- Additional RM20 for extra 10 Minutes

- Care Coordination

- Access to e-Healthcare Record

Terms and Conditions
Kindly read our Service Policy and Privacy Notice before subscribing to our services.
- Service fulfillment at the client's location within 2 business days after payment.
- Service care providers are Certified Healthcare Providers (Doctor).
- Appointment will only be confirmed and processed upon full payment or a minimum deposit of RM300.
- Any postponement of service appointment must be at least 5 hours before the arrival of the service provider.
- Any cancellation made by clients will result in a 15% non-refundable charge from the service fee.
- By subscribing to our services, clients are contributing directly to NENO Social Mission.

NENO Social Mission:
