LABEL SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Labels take 2–5 BUSINESS DAYS to be available after your PDF has been received.
Any date selected at checkout that falls before this turnaround period is not guaranteed.
You will be notified via WhatsApp when your order is available for collection.
After placing your order, please email your label design(s) to naturalreigncare@gmail.com as a PDF file.
Important Requirements:
The label size submitted must exactly match one of the sizes listed in our options.
We do not resize or adjust designs, so please ensure your file is set up correctly before sending.
If you are designing in Canva:
Set your custom dimensions to the exact label size you need before you start designing.
If you are working with a graphic designer:
Clearly provide them with the exact label dimensions required to ensure a proper fit.
