MUTI uses Pudo as its third-party courier for delivering goods across South Africa. By purchasing from MUTI, you agree to the terms and conditions of Pudo's delivery services.
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. MUTI is not responsible for delays caused by Pudo.
3. Delivery and Collection:
Goods will be delivered to the Pudo locker location specified by the customer at checkout.
Customers are responsible for collecting their goods from the selected Pudo locker within the stipulated time frame. Failure to collect goods may result in additional charges or the return of the goods to MUTI.
4. Risk and Liability:
Once goods are delivered to the Pudo locker, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.
MUTI is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of goods after they have been delivered to the Pudo locker.
5. Returns and Refunds:
If the goods are defective or not as described, customers may return them within 30 days of receipt, following MUTI’s standard return policy.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods were damaged upon receipt or incorrect.
6. Customer Obligations:
Customers must provide accurate delivery information at the time of purchase.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure timely collection of the goods from the Pudo locker.
