🎯 WHAT'S COVERED + THE MILESTONE

• Milestone 01: Profile Engineering & University Match (KSH 50,000):
We analyse your transcripts against open university portals and intake quotas to build a customised University Fit Report mapping out your 3 best institution options based on your academic goals and budget.

• Milestone 02: Documentation & Submission (KSH 50,000):
We rewrite and polish your study plan essay, audit every medical and police clearance document for errors, and completely manage your profile across the university portals until you receive your official admission booklet.

The Strategic Nairobi Hand-off:
Once your university admission is secured, we hand you directly to our trusted local Nairobi visa and travel partners who will process your passport embassy submissions and flight tickets cleanly.

• Milestone 03: China Arrival & On-Campus Survival (KSH 30,000):
The moment your plane touches down in China, our local team takes over. We manage your airport transit to your accommodation, purchase your Chinese SIM card, install working VPNs, configure your mobile payment wallets (Alipay/WeChat), and walk you through your mandatory local health checks.

⚠️ CRITICAL INFORMATION: WHAT'S NOT COVERED IN OUR KSH130,000 FEE

Our KSh 130,000 fee is strictly an agency service fee for university applications and on-arrival settlement support. It does not cover any personal, institutional, or third-party expenses.

Families must budget separately for the following external fees:

• 1. CSCA Entrance Exam Fees:
For all undergraduate (Bachelor’s degree) applicants, the China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA) is a standardized test required by participating universities during the admission process. This fee must be paid by the student directly to the official portal (csca.cn):
• ¥450 CNY (~$64 USD) if you take 1 subject.
• ¥700 CNY (~$99–$100 USD) if your major requires 2 or more subjects (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Professional Chinese).

• 2. Mandatory Document Preparation Fees (In Nairobi):
• Police Clearance Certificate (Certificate of Good Conduct): Paid directly to DCI via eCitizen.
• Medical Exam Fees: Paid to the local hospital or clinic that fills out your Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
• Notarization/Legalization Fees: Costs to legally stamp and certify your academic transcripts and diplomas before submission.

• 3. Nairobi-Based Travel & Immigration Fees:
• Chinese Embassy Visa Processing Fees: Paid to the embassy or visa center during your application for an X1 student visa.
• Airfare / Flight Tickets: International flights from Nairobi to China.

• 4. Mandated On-Campus Fees Upon Landing in China:
• University Tuition & Accommodation Costs: Any remaining balances for class fees, housing, or tuition that are not covered under a partial scholarship award.
• Mandatory Local Health Insurance: Paid to the university on arrival (¥600 to ¥1,000 CNY per year).
• Residence Permit Conversion Fee: Paid to local Chinese immigration within 30 days of arrival to convert your visa.
• Personal Setup Costs: Daily food/living expenses, textbooks, phone data plans, or commercial VPN subscriptions (e.g., Astrill) to access Western apps.

💰 PAYMENT STRUCTURE

To make this highly accessible, the KSh 130,000 fee is broken down into 3 flexible milestone payments:
• Milestone 01: KSh 40,000 (Profile Engineering & University Fit Report)
• Milestone 02: KSh 50,000 (Expert Portal Submission & Tracking)
• Milestone 03: KSh 40,000 (China On-Arrival Transit & Survival Setup)

❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
