Redemption Guidelines Voucher Usage: Vouchers are redeemable for press-on nails only. They cannot be redeemed for cash or any other services/products, unless specified otherwise. Expiration Date: All vouchers must be redeemed by the expiration date stated on the voucher. After the expiration, vouchers will be considered void. One-Time Use: Each voucher is valid for a single use only and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated. 2. Applicable Products and Services Press-On Nails Only: Vouchers are valid exclusively for press-on nails, including custom designs. Customization Charges: Any additional charges for customization (e.g., specific designs, colors, or sizes) are not covered by the voucher and will be the customer’s responsibility to pay. 3. Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable Non-Refundable: Once a voucher has been issued, it is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Non-Transferable: Vouchers are not transferable to other individuals and can only be redeemed by the person to whom they were issued. 5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers Lost Vouchers: We are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or reissue lost vouchers. 6. Promotions and Discounts No Combining with Other Offers: Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other sales, promotions, or discounts unless specified by management. 7. Shipping and Delivery Shipping Costs: If the press-on nails are being shipped to the customer, any shipping or handling costs are not covered by the voucher and will be the responsibility of the customer. 8. Refund and Exchange Policy No Refunds on Press-On Nails: Since the product is custom-made or personalized, there will be no refunds or exchanges for press-on nails after purchase. Processing Time & Shipping *Order is only accepted once payment is cleared. *We have a 4-7 day processing time, and up to 14 days in holiday or sale periods. (Processing starts once payment has cleared) *After shipping Mutant Nails is not responsible for shipping providers errors, once the order is scanned into the shipping providers system, Mutant Nails is no longer responsible for the order. Please also note that all sales are final. Each order is custom-made according to the buyer's specific shape and sizing details provided, and as such, cannot be refunded.
