Take 1 pack with plenty of water at breakfast or any other meal. For those who compete or are training with higher intensity, we suggest taking two packs—one in the AM and one in the PM. The directions for Animal Pak say I should take 2 packs. Can I just take 1 pack? One pack is great for most people. If you're an elite bodybuilder or a competitive strength athlete and you're training for a competition that requires you to be in a depletion diet, then we recommend 2 packs per day.
