配料: 百合、南北杏、无花果、萝卜干、玉米干、玉竹

Ingredients: Lily bulb, apricot kernels (north & south), fig, dried radish, dried corn, polygonatum

🧑🍳烹煮方式 Cooking Method
所有材料浸泡15分钟过水清洗一遍,再加入适量清水 (1000-1500ml左右)大火焖煮,水烧开后再继续熬煮45分钟即可。可自行加入排骨/鸡肉/ 蔬菜等。莲子去心、红豆、雪耳需提前没泡30-60分钟至软再一起煮。
Soak all ingredients for 15 minutes, rinse them thoroughly, then add an appropriate amount of water (about 1000-1500ml). Bring to a boil over high heat, then continue to simmer for 45 minutes after the water boils.
You can add pork ribs, chicken, vegetables as desired.
👉If there are (ingredients) Lotus Seeds: should be deseeded.
Red beans, Snow Fungus should be soaked for 30-60 minutes until soft before cooking them.
