End of Lease / Vacate Clean
Designed for residential properties (apartments, townhouses, or standalone homes) at the end of a lease. This is a full-property, top-to-bottom clean aligned with real estate and landlord inspection standards. Includes:
– Intensive bathroom and kitchen cleaning
– Inside oven, cupboards, wardrobes
– Windows, skirting boards, wall marks
– Floors, surfaces, and entryways
🔹 All staff are police checked and trained in high-detail vacate cleaning.
🔹 Not suitable for commercial premises (see Commercial Cleaning option).
🔹 Client must provide all equipment and supplies onsite.
