Refund / Replacement Policy
Please check all items upon delivery and inform us of any damaged or missing items on the day！
Refunds or Replacements will be done on a case to case basis. Do note that fruits may have natural aesthetic or physical imperfections and these do not affect their quality and as such will not be applicable for any exchange or refund.
Points To Note
- If the Customer is uncontactable upon delivery, the fruit order shall be placed outside the unit (as per delivery address).
- A photo of the fruit order will be taken and sent to inform the Customer of the completed delivery.
- Mr Fruit will not be responsible for any missing items / damage to the fruits if the Customer is not contactable.
