MPG Design Studio – Refund & Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel at least 72 hours before your shoot, you may receive a 50% refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the shoot are non-refundable.
No-shows and late arrivals will not be refunded. One reschedule is allowed with 48 hours’ notice.

At MPG Design Studio, we value both your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and a professional experience for all clients, please review our late arrival and late fee policy for timed photoshoots:
⏰ Late Arrival Policy (Clients/Models)
All photoshoots begin promptly at the scheduled time.
If you are late, your session time will be reduced accordingly. For example, if you arrive 20 minutes late to a 1-hour shoot, you will have 40 minutes remaining.
We cannot guarantee extended time beyond your scheduled slot, as this affects other bookings.
💸 Late Fee Policy
A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed.
If arrival occurs after the 10-minute grace period, a late fee of $25 will be added to your session.
If arrival is 15 minutes or more late without communication, MPG Design Studio reserves the right to:
Cancel the session without refund, or Proceed with the remaining time at the photographer’s discretion.
🔁 Rescheduling Due to Lateness
Rescheduling due to lateness may require a new booking and deposit, subject to availability.
📞 Communication Is Key
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always try to accommodate when possible, but respect for scheduled time is expected.
