How to enjoy Kombucha?
Kombucha is best served chilled.
Have it with your meals, some snacks or just by itself!
How should I store it and how long can I keep it for?
It is recommended to keep it refrigerated and consume within 1 week of ordering. Kombucha is shelf stable. However, as the SCOBY is still active, it will continue to ferment, changing its taste.
(If you prefer a more sour or dry Kombucha, you could leave it longer before consuming)
I see some floating bits! Is it safe to drink?
The sediments are yeast deposits while the translucent circle is a new SCOBY forming. Also, if you ordered a flavoured Kombucha, there would be fruit bits.
These are all safe for consumption but feel free to strain them out!
How do I return the bottles?
If you are making a subsequent order, you can arrange for bottle return then!
If you do not have plans to make another order and would like to return the bottles, simply proceed to check out with the bottle return listing and key in the relevant details!
