Miombo Farm Fresh Milk is produced from our herd of pasture-fed Jersey cows. This milk is pastuerized but un-homogenized and has had no fat removed.
The butterfat content of the milk will vary between 4% and 5%, depending on the pasture quality, and the time of year. The milk is pasteurized to improve the shelf-life of the milk as well as improve the safety of the product.
Storage: Keep refrigerated below 4°C. This milk is best used within 3 weeks of the manufacture date, and 5 days from opening.
