Miombo Farm Whipping Cream is made on farm from our herd of pasture-fed herd Jersey cows.
The butterfat content of this cream is standardised to 38%. The thickness may vary slightly depending on the age of the cream as well as the diet of the cows. No preservatives are added.
Usage Suggestions: Ideal for whipping, cooking, desserts, coffee, soups, and creamy sauces.
Storage: Keep refrigerated below 4°C and consume within 3 days of opening. This cream is best used within 3 weeks of the manufacture date.
