Scope of Services
1. Cleaning Frequency:
Daily, Weekly, or Bi-Weekly Cleaning (as agreed upon)
Deep Cleaning: Quarterly (optional add-on)
2. Service Areas:
Common Areas (lobbies, hallways, elevators, staircases, toilets)
Offices & Shared Spaces (workstations, meeting rooms, pantry areas)
Shopping Malls (food courts, restrooms, escalators, storefronts, parking areas)
3. Cleaning Tasks:
Standard Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing high-touch areas.
Bathroom Maintenance: Scrubbing sinks, toilets, mirrors, and disinfecting.
Food Court Cleaning: Regular waste disposal, table wiping, and floor maintenance.
Glass & Display Cleaning: Polishing storefront glass and display areas.
Trash Removal: Collect and dispose of waste in designated bins.
Window & Glass Cleaning: Interior glass cleaning (exterior as add-on service).
Floor Care: Polishing, waxing, and carpet shampooing (if required).
