Terms & Conditions
1. Registration & Payment
• Workshop seats are confirmed only upon full payment.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as materials and ingredients are prepared in advance for each participant.
• Please ensure all participant details provided during registration are accurate.
2. Transfers & Replacement Participants
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to another person.
• Please inform us of the new participant’s name and contact number at least 24 hours before the workshop.
• Seats are non-transferable to another date or workshop, but they may be reassigned to another individual for the same session.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancellations and no-shows are strictly non-refundable.
• Milleaville reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. instructor illness, low enrolment, venue issues). In such cases, participants may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
4. Arrival & Punctuality
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• Workshops will begin promptly; late arrivals may miss key instructions and portions of the class.
5. Safety & Hygiene
• Participants are expected to follow all safety and hygiene instructions provided by the instructor.
• Please tie up long hair and wear closed shoes.
• Milleaville will not be liable for injuries or damages resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.
6. Photography & Media
• Photos or videos may be taken during the workshop for Milleaville’s marketing and social media use.
• If you prefer not to be photographed, kindly inform us before class begins.
7. Intellectual Property
• All recipes, techniques, and materials shared remain the intellectual property of Milleaville.
• You may recreate your bakes for personal enjoyment, but commercial resale, teaching, or distribution of the recipes or materials is not permitted.
8. Conduct & Etiquette
• Milleaville reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behaviour, without refund.
• We aim to maintain a kind and collaborative environment for everyone’s enjoyment.
9. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
• Please notify us of any allergies prior to booking.
• Our workspace handles nuts, dairy, and other common allergens; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
