1. orders are confirmed only after full payment (within 1 hour), otherwise the slot may be given to others
2. strictly no cancellations or refunds once order is confirmed
3. all items are freshly baked in small batches; sizes may vary as each piece is handmade
4. we are not liable for any spoilt items once handed over
5. please collect within the agreed timeframe, or the order will be voided with no refund
6. we reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice
