Yamamasa Koyamaen Shikibu no Mukashi
A rich and full-bodied matcha with deep umami and gentle natural sweetness. Expect creamy notes of toasted seeds and nuts layered with a subtle vegetal character, followed by a long, lingering umami finish. Exceptionally smooth with very low bitterness, this is a bold matcha that holds beautifully in milk — perfect for those who enjoy a rich, creamy and intensely umami-forward latte.
