Our Free Range Pork are sourced from Australia, where the pigs raised in the farms are lovingly cared for and reared to the highest standards. The pigs are free to roam about the farm and is raised with ethical and sustainable farming.
Pork shoulder is cut from the area just above the front leg of the pig. It is often sold with the skin on and a layer of fat running under the skin. This cut is flavourful but less marbling. The pork shoulder is best for long cooking methods such as braising or stewing to break down the toughness of the meat and melt the fats.
