Our Free Range Pork are sourced from Australia, where the pigs raised in the farms are lovingly cared for and reared to the highest standards. The pigs are free to roam about the farm and is raised with ethical and sustainable farming.
Pork collar or also known as shoulder butt has relatively good marbling compared to other parts of the pork. This tender meat cut can be used for roast or grilled in slices. It is also often used to prepare pork char siew.
