Security Deposit
The security deposit serves to protect against any potential damages or cleanliness issues during your event. Upon inspection post-event, if everything is in order, the full security deposit will be promptly refunded to you in 14 working days.
Terms and Conditions for Event Space Rental
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before renting the event space. By booking and using the event space, you agree to abide by these terms.
Rental Duration
The rental period begins strictly at the time specified in your booking. Any setup or preparation time must be included within your rental period.
Self-Arrangements for Equipment
The renter is responsible for the arrangement of tables, chairs, stages, and any other equipment. The event space will not provide setup services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Restoration of the Venue
All items, including tables, chairs, and other equipment, must be returned to their original positions after use. The renter is responsible for ensuring the space is left as it was found.
Cleaning Responsibilities
The renter must clean the event space before leaving. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit of BND50.00. Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, and removing all trash.
Damages and Liability
The renter is liable for any damage to the property or items within the event space during the rental period. Any damaged items will be charged at their replacement or repair cost, as determined by the event space management.
Access to the Rental Space
The event space will be unlocked 15 minutes prior to the start of the rental period. The renter will not be permitted access before this time.
Additional Charges
A charge of BND30.00 per hour will apply if the renter exceeds the agreed rental period.
An additional fee of BND50.00 will be charged if cleaning services are required due to the renter's failure to adequately clean the space.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 Days or More Before the Event Date: A full refund of the rental fee will be provided.
Cancellation Between 14 Days Before the Event Date: A 50% refund of the rental fee will be provided.
Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before the Event Date: No refund will be provided.
Please note that all cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or in-person to be valid. Failure to notify the event space of a cancellation will result in a forfeiture of the entire rental fee.
By proceeding with the rental, the renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these terms may result in additional charges or the forfeiture of the security deposit.
