Price is per 30 minutes. When purchased we will contact you via email to make an appointment. Support is given via Talk (no account needed), which supports chat, video, and voice communication. We will connect to your server or desktop with TeamViewer remote desktop, or tmate.io with SSH – if needed. When accessing over SSH we recommend tmate.io. Please specify your needs in the “Additional Information” field when you checkout to give us an idea of what needs to be done.

Server maintenance – monthly

Description We will maintain your server with updates and make sure everything is working as it should. This package includes: Maintenance of Nextcloud / OS with updates so that you always have the latest version running and a patched OS with the latest fixes. Maintenance of your server’s system so that everything that is installed is up to date. (Major jobs like upgrading to a new OS version is not included) Setting up SSH with secure keys so that you easily can access your server in a secure way, without passwords. Hardening of security in Apache, MySQL/PostgreSQL and in general. Setup of Fail2ban to prevent brute-force attacks Note; this product is not supposed to be bought if you have a server that is broken. In that case, buy support instead.

Installation of Nextcloud

Description Installation and implementation of Nextcloud on your server (+ PHP, PostgreSQL, and Apache and other dependencies) Help you buy a domain, or or implement Nextcloud on an existing domain (1) Help you install TLS on the server (including DNS setup) with secure certificates from Let’s Encrypt Install and set up Redis Cache Install and set up Webnin (optional) Install and set up Adminer (optional) Setup secure SSH with 4096-bits encryption keys Give you advice on how to maintain the server or answer questions you may have regarding Nextcloud to help you get started It does not include Nextcloud Office backend or Talk backend. After you bought this product we will contact you and schedule an appointment where we can connect to you and make this happen. We use Teamviewer for remote support. Upgrade (Linux, Windows, Apple) OS between major versions

Description With this package we’ll do an in-place-upgrade for your OS. The package is valid for one (1) version, and if you need to upgrade several versions, please get the amount you need. So for example if you need to go from Ubuntu 18.04 to Ubuntu 22.04 you’ll need two (2) of these. This package includes everything you need to do an upgrade between OSes: Upgrading PHP to the version that comes with your OS Upgrading Nextcloud to the latest version (3 versions included in this package, if you need more then please get in touch) Upgrading your database to the current version of the OS you’ll upgrade to Fixing the data directory so that the paths are correct, and everything else is according to the current version of the scripts Get the latest functions and scripts on the new server via the menu script Generate new TLS certificates with A+ security (requires port 80 and 443 to be open) Latest dependencies of everything Please add the following information in the “Additional Info” field during checkout: Current server OS Current database and version (we do not support MySQL migration in this package, please have a look at this if you need that) Current Nextcloud version When purchased we will send you an invite for a session when it will be performed.
