Terms and Conditions of Medpdp

At Medpdp, we are committed to safeguarding your personal information and ensuring compliance with the

Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). As such, we declare the following:

1. Purpose of Information Collection: We do not collect any personal information on the platform as signed

form is sent back to the client via encrypted Whatsapp in real time.

2. Protection of Personal Information: We employ industry-standard security measures to protect personal

information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes encryption and restricted

access to personal information.

3. Retention of Personal Information: Personal information is not retained by Medpdp in any form or way.

4. Sharing of Personal Information: We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for any

purposes.

5. Individual Rights: Individuals have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal

information held in the Medpdp medical certificate form.

6. Consent: By using our Online services, individuals consent that the information that they have supplied is

correct and true. Medpdp or any of its representatives will not be held liable for any false disclosure by the client.

7. Updates to Declaration: This declaration may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices

or legal requirements. Any updates will be communicated to individuals through appropriate channels.

By adhering to these principles, Medpdp aims to ensure the privacy and security of personal information entrusted

to us by our patients and to maintain compliance with POPIA and other relevant data protection laws and

regulations.

PLEASE NOTE :

THE MEDICAL CERTIFICATE IS VALID FOR 2 MONTHS FROM DATE OF ISSUE ANDSHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO THE TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT WITHIN THIS TIME.

THE COST OF MEDICAL CERTIFICATE YEAR 2024 IS R200//plus DANGEROUS GOODS R300

ONCE CERTIFICATE IS ISSUED THERE IS NO REFUNDS.
