Pros: The meals are good despite being on the pricier side Cons: The customer service is horrible. When asked questions regarding their different options of "top up, meal plan, pick up or delivery". They never answer directly. It gets confusing on whats the price you need to pay. Why charge $100 fixed delivery fee in the meal plan when my area is within 8km and then i'll get charge +30% separately for delivery again? I picked a custom meal totaling $17. And my total would come up to $120 after delivery fee on their website. No transparency and avoids answering when inquired

Food is good BUT Price paid is not as the total price generated from the link! Employee will text everytime for a separate total price without any other explainations but due to distance of delivery. Charges for distance also not as what is generated from the online order. Via WA is a different price. Price of container also inconsistent and charged 3% from each total food ordered but container is just the same everyday! I feel really scammed and this SHOULD BE CLEARLY MENTIONED IN ONLINE ORDER BEFORE WE PRESS CONFIRM ORDER!
