Booking and Reservation:
• A reservation deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Dates are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
Payment:
• Full payment or 70% is due to secure the date, before the day of the event.
• Payments can be made via bank deposit, details of which will be provided upon booking.
• Proof of payment must be provided via email or WhatsApp
Cancellation and Refunds:
• Cancellations made 3 (three) weeks before the event date will receive a full refund of the reservation deposit.
• Cancellations made within a week of the event will result in the forfeiture of the reservation deposit.
Setup and Collection:
• Our team will handle the setup of equipment
• Adequate time and access to the venue must be provided for setup and collection.
Technical Support:
• A technical support representative will be available during the event to address any issues promptly.
• Clients are not allowed to attempt repairs or modifications to the equipment.
Additional Charges:
• Any additional hours beyond the agreed-upon rental period will be subject to extra charges
