IVR USDA Prime Natural Beef is American beef at the top of the grading scale. USDA Prime is awarded to only a small fraction of US beef, given for the abundant marbling that comes from young, well fed cattle.
OP Rib is the bone in ribeye, the showpiece cut. Cooking on the bone insulates the meat and helps it stay juicy, while the abundant Prime marbling renders through the eye and keeps everything succulent.
