These tender Wagyu slices are cut for hot, fast cooking - toss them into a smoking wok for beef hor fun, black pepper beef, broccoli beef or a quick Thai basil stir-fry. Because the marbling melts so quickly, the slices stay juicy and tender with just a minute or two in the wok.
With a marble score of 4 to 5, the fine marbling melts during cooking to baste the beef from within, so a little goes a long way.
