These generous Wagyu cubes are cut for low-and-slow cooking, where the rich marbling slowly renders to make every piece fork-tender and deeply flavourful. The marbling keeps the meat moist and silky right through the long cook - no dry, stringy stew beef here.
With a marble score of 4 to 5, the fine marbling melts during cooking to baste the beef from within, so a little goes a long way.
