Why skin-pack?
The vacuum skin-pack hugs every contour of the meat — no air pockets, no freezer burn, no mess. Your chops arrive looking exactly like they left our plant.
Cooking (simple as it gets):
Thaw overnight in the chiller
Bring to room temp 20 mins, season with salt and pepper
Sear 2–3 mins per side on high heat for medium-rare
Rest 5 mins. Done.
Pairs beautifully with rosemary, garlic butter, or just a squeeze of lemon.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C. Once thawed, cook within 24 hours — do not refreeze.
